Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be 100% confident in offering Orbit Security audits to your web and Shopify agency clients. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with our automated surveillance or co-branded monthly PDF deliverables within the first thirty (30) days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full, prompt refund to your original payment method—no questions asked.
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
We believe in complete freedom with zero dark patterns. You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Method A (Instant 1-Click via Stripe): Click the "Manage Subscription" or "Billing Portal" link included at the bottom of every automated monthly receipt sent by Stripe. You can update your payment method or cancel your plan in under 30 seconds.
- Method B (Email Support): Send a simple email to carsonmail009@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" from your billing email address. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
2. Access Following Cancellation
When you cancel a paid plan, your subscription will remain active and continue monitoring your configured client domains until the end of your current prepaid monthly billing cycle. You will not be charged again. After your billing cycle ends, automated scans will cease and access to client fleet management will be deactivated.
3. Requesting a Refund
To claim your 30-day money-back guarantee, simply email carsonmail009@gmail.com with your agency name and the email address used during Stripe checkout. Once verified, refunds are processed immediately through Stripe and typically post to your bank or card statement within 3–5 business days.
4. Fast Resolution vs. Bank Disputes
If you experience any billing discrepancies, duplicate charges, or confusion regarding your retainer subscription, please contact Carson Haynes directly at carsonmail009@gmail.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your credit card issuer. We resolve all billing inquiries within 24 hours and issue full immediate refunds for any valid discrepancies.
